The Feuillette Group is a family-run company founded in 2005 in the Centre-Val de Loire region, in Blois. It brings together several brands devoted to a generous, artisanal, and authentic way of life.

Boulangerie Feuillette

Open seven days a week, Boulangerie Feuillette charms customers with its family-friendly atmosphere and generous selection of sweet and savoury treats, designed to satisfy every need throughout the day.

Café Feuillette

Café Feuillette pays homage to the traditional French café with 100% homemade food and a selection of hot and cold beverages. To enjoy on-site or take away at any time of the day.

épicerie Feuillette

From chocolates and jams to spreads and even the house mascot, Léon l’Ourson, the Épicerie Feuillette delicatessen shop offers a selection of artisanal treats perfect for gift-giving.

Chez Lucette

This first bouillon-style restaurant in Blois serves up comforting and flavourful dishes daily, inspired by great French culinary classics that combine tradition, quality, and generosity.

Frédélian

Located in Cap Ferret, Frédélian is above all a story of flavours. In 2022, chef Jean-François Feuillette took over this local institution to welcome food lovers in an Art Deco atmosphere.

A word from the founder

Jean-François Feuillette

« Twenty years after opening my very first bakery in Blois, it is with great pride that I look back on how far we have come. »

Today, the Feuillette Group brings together more than 3,000 employees, and every day we continue to share a journey that is at once culinary, human, and entrepreneurial.

It all started with a simple idea: to create a bakery that reflected my values, where you could find generous, authentic, homemade products in a warm and welcoming setting. I never imagined that this personal ambition would become such a collective success story.

My passion for good, homemade, artisanal quality has remained intact. It is what drives me daily, alongside my teams, to uphold the same high standards and the same pleasure in each of our bakeries, cafés, and restaurants.

Aujourd’hui, une nouvelle page s’ouvre : celle de l’international. Our “small” bakery in Blois is getting ready to cross borders! Also, through the Feuillette Group Endowment Fund, we will be carrying out humanitarian actions in Madagascar…

None of this would have been possible without our teams, both in production and in our establishments, whose commitment and passion deserve to be praised every day.

And of course, I would like to thank our dear customers for their continued support and trust. None of this would be possible without you.
