The Feuillette Group continues its expansion in Brittany with a new bakery in Saint-Malo. Run by a duo of passionate entrepreneurs, this XXL establishment is open every day from 6 am to 8 pm and is just a few steps from the famous aquarium.
Opened in February 2025, this new Boulangerie Feuillette is located on the coast of Saint-Malo, on Rue du Général Patton, near the aquarium roundabout. Spanning 600 m² with 110 seats indoors and 35 on the terrace, the establishment offers a generous and inviting space to enjoy the house’s specialities.
At the head of the establishment are Damien Jouatel and Amaëlle Launay, who joined the Feuillette adventure with strong experience in business management. Here, bread, viennoiseries, snacks, and a selection of pastries are prepared on-site. All in the welcoming atmosphere of the Feuillette Group, personalised with vintage finds curated by Amaëlle. The bakery is open 7 days a week, from 6 am to 8 pm.
