CSR initiatives
At the Feuillette Group, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) guides all our actions. From our teams to the ingredients we use and the regions where we operate, we act every day to have a positive impact. Our CSR commitments are structured around three core pillars: environmental, social and societal responsibility. These are supported by our Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policy, which further strengthens our actions.

Environment reducing our impact
Protecting the environment is at the heart of our approach. This is reflected in the sorting and recovery of bio-waste through methanization in our central laboratory, which supplies energy to the town of Mer and part of Blois.
This circular approach also applies to materials: our wooden pallets are repurposed into sawdust, while cardboard, glass, and aluminium moulds are recycled.
To raise awareness among our teams, we have also installed visual sorting stations in shared areas of the lab, supported by dedicated training sessions.
Finally, logistics optimisation, local purchasing, and short supply chains help reduce our carbon footprint.
Social putting peaople first
At Feuillette, people are at the core of everything we do.
That’s why we work every day to provide our teams with a respectful, inclusive, and stimulating work environment.
This commitment is reflected in the progress made in diversity at all levels of the company. We’ve also introduced concrete actions such as training on environmental issues, inclusion and gender equality, as well as partnerships with organisations like ADAPEI for waste sorting initiatives.
In 2024, we are proud to count 10 employees with disabilities among our workforce.
Societal commited to the community
Our societal responsibility is embodied in concrete actions. In-store, we support our customers in adopting more responsible habits through educational waste sorting systems. Internally, our teams participate in solidarity collections to gather bottle caps and batteries, with proceeds donated to charity.
This collective mindset also comes to life through our endowment fund, which encourages participation in community initiatives.
We also work with local suppliers wherever possible to support the local economy and short supply chains.

It begins with high-quality standards, including rigorous ingredient selection and regular audits of our suppliers.
At the same time, we ensure impeccable hygiene, supported by training our teams in health and food safety rules.
Safety is continually improved to ensure both product reliability and the well-being of our employees.
