Frédélian
An 85-year-old institution
The concept
Restaurant – Tea room – Take-away
A beloved destination for locals and visitors alike, Frédélian regained its splendour in 2022 under the leadership of Jean-François Feuillette. Redesigned in an Art Deco spirit as a tribute to its origins, the establishment combines refined cuisine, a tearoom, and a takeaway offer, all with a breathtaking view of the Dune du Pilat.
A place filled with history
Founded in 1939, Frédélian started as a bakery and pastry shop before becoming a tearoom and guinguette-style dance venue. Quickly, the establishment charmed locals and visitors alike, becoming one of the favourite meeting places of the Bay.
Refined cuisine overlooking the bay
Whether indoors or on the terrace, the restaurant crafts refined dishes made from fresh, seasonal produce. In the tearoom, brunches and signature pastries can be enjoyed just steps from the beach.
Frédélian goes with you
A must-stop for walkers and beachgoers alike, Frédélian also caters to those on the go: creamy ice cream, fluffy waffles, pastries to share, and hot and cold drinks. The perfect way to enjoy Cap Ferret on the move.
